The Stripes Gala is Riverside Boat Club’s premier celebration of community, tradition, and the future of RBC.

Hosted biannually, the Gala brings together the RBC community for an evening in support of one of the oldest and most recognized rowing clubs in the country. More than just a social event, the Gala helps sustain and strengthen RBC’s 150+ year legacy while supporting the club’s future growth and impact.

Hosted aboard a Charles River Boat Company cruise departing from Riverside Boat Club, the 2026 Stripes Gala will bring together members, alumni, local rowers, and friends of the club for an evening of community, connection, and fundraising in support of Riverside’s continued growth and preservation.

As one of the oldest and most recognized rowing clubs in the country, RBC’s strength has always come from the dedication and generosity of its community. The Stripes Gala plays an important role in sustaining this legacy for future generations.
